Level 2 Technical Support is available for all Managed File Transfer products including MFT Server, MFT Gateway and MFT Monitor.  Customers with Level 2 Technical Support will receive priority 24/5 access (Monday - Friday) to technical support via the Help Desk and a guaranteed response time of 12 hours for up to 2 designated points of contact.  Prices quoted are yearly and require an active maintenance contract for purchase.
